Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.


Shipping Methods & Estimates

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 5–12 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier performance, customs processing, or other unforeseen delays.


Carrier Delays

PadelOnCloud / Oniscu Ecom LLC is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or external events outside our control.


Incorrect Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.


Returns & Return Address

We understand returns can sometimes be necessary. However, due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may be eligible for a return or exchange by contacting our support team within 48 hours of delivery and providing photo evidence.

Return instructions will be provided by our support team if your request is approved.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The item must be damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You must contact support within 48 hours of delivery
  • Photo proof of the issue must be provided

Refunds or replacements will be processed after we verify the condition of the returned item.

Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
